Back Beach Car Wash – Membership Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation process as smooth as possible. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations of our Unlimited Wash Memberships:

1. How to Cancel Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time using one of the following methods:

: Visit Back Beach Car Wash location 13605 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Panama City Beach, FL 32407 and speak with a team member

: Contact us at backbeachcarwash@gmail.com
(please include your full name, vehicle license plate, and membership number)

2. Cancellation Notice

Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

3. No Partial Refunds

Memberships are billed monthly. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial months or unused services following cancellation.

4. Reactivation

You may reactivate your membership at any time. However, promotional pricing or discounts from a previous plan may no longer be available.

5. Multiple Vehicles

If you have more than one vehicle on your account, each must be canceled individually.

6. Terms and Conditions

Back Beach Car Wash reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time. Abuse of the membership (e.g., sharing it across unauthorized vehicles) may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
